My approach

I am different from all other coaches.

I do not attract clients to free consultations. I do not have 10 certificates and I have not completed 20 courses. All I need is 1 course and 1 certificate. I am not a theoretician, but a practitioner. I have empathy, experience and skills that I will use.

I don’t only coach, I also use other tools and techniques, which is why I call it counseling or consulting. But no matter what we call it, the client and his satisfaction is in the centre of everything. We will first find out what will make the client happier and then plan how to achieve it. There is no way we will not succeed. Failure is not an option.

My work style

My approach is very informal but structured and I prefer meetings in a relaxed atmosphere.

In addition, you can expect:

Trust and confidentiality

I build relationships with clients based on trust. Everyone can absolutely count on my confidentiality.

Honesty

I don’t tell clients what they want to hear, but what they need to hear. Sometimes these are the things they don’t see or don’t want to admit themselves.

Curiosity

I ask a lot. I want to find out as much as possible about clients and their motivation. Together we come up with a strategy, which the client then puts into practice.

Division of roles

The main responsibility is always on the client. No one has succeeded against their will! My task is to be a supporter, motivator, cheerleader, partner in discussion, sometimes even a critic. Together we will analyse the client’s thinking, but it is he or she who has to make the change.

Strictness and directness

If the situation demands it, I will be strict and demanding, I will not forgive anything to anyone. I like to name things the way they are and go straight to the point.

Effectiveness

I will insist that we are effective, not beating around the bush and wasting our valuable time. Only then will we see the results.

Practicality

I’m practical, don’t expect any esoteric discussions about the law of attraction.
